The Handcrafters' Gallery features handcrafted log homes constructed of logs crafted by hand, rather than precision-milling techniques. Generally, handcrafters select logs that span the full length of a wall, then cut and shape each log to fit one specific location of the home.

Alpine created Glacier View for an active family. The home features open living spaces, a gathering room and a spacious country kitchen.
Alpine Log Homes - In Tradition
In Tradition mixes a rustic camp feel with the more refined features of a European lodge. Massive log columns and trusses have been combined with stone, large glass windows and recycled wood to enhance the experience. Alpine’s artisans skip peeled the timbers by hand leaving the mottled look of yesteryear buildings.

Reflection Ridge is an example of a mixed medium design of log, frame, glass and stone. The home pictured here was featured in Better Homes and Gardens. Alpine's designers updated the classic 1940's lake cottage to create Storybook Charm. Arched doorways and divided-light windows complement the cottage style.
